Everyone's focused on driving the company forward, and is willing to step in and help, regardless of their role in the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is incentivized by performance and hitting key metrics.

That we get monthly bonuses when we hit monthly KPIs, that all of our insurance is paid for by the company, and that our 401k is matched up to 5%

Everyone is upbeat, enthusiastic and solution driven. I've not seen one instance of complaining.
