My leadership team is very skilled and has plenty of experience to back their knowledge. They are also very accommodating with scheduling. They are focused on teaching and passing on the knowledge they know to help their employees and the company grow.

The fact that they think of us as PEOPLE instead of a number has to be one of the best thing I've experienced. The consideration that we are not computers and make mistakes, yet learn from them is another thing I've never experienced. Being a Hippo is the best thing for our family by far.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the people and others within our organization, specifically in my department. Our attrition is atrociously high and its been like this before and since I started 2 years ago. There is a factor in that but that factor hasn't been mitigated or resolved in a manner to benefit the company

Improve coordination of teams so that all relevant parties have access to needed information. Include teams from Utah and Remote workers in the same kinds of fun incentives that the CA receive. Even though there is no way for it to be the same, there should not be a huge disparity in concessions

I love the fact that they cover my individual health insurance at 100% I think they have the best compensation package out there

That's a tricky question to answer yes or no. GH compensation is based on monthly KPI's that get you to an overall industry standard figure. Problem with that is 2 fold. 1.It varies one year to the next, so your salary can fluctuate immensely. 2. Cash flow, not knowing when you will get that money

I feel like I'm not being paid for the amount of work I do. I've never been offered a raise while I've been here and when I want to talk about one, it never seems like the right time. Or I hear that they can't justify my pay that I'm already getting.

I have been employed for over two years with no raise. My duties have increased dramatically and become more responsible, including training others, with no adjustment for that, either. I am paid only $1/hour more than an intern despite the difference in responsiblity.

The people. Even though we mostly WFH when we do go into the office and interact everyone is open and inviting. I have garnered some close friends here that will stay friends past my time at GH.

Very thorough. No Bias. They really want somebody who is ready to drink water out of a firehose as the company is in aggressive growth mode.
