Being part of the growth and evolution of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very small but we work well independently but come together effortlessly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The gym classes have a ton of fun people that you may have not otherwise gotten a chance to talk to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the flexibility of working remote. I also appreciate that I qualify for a KPI bonus when we reach those as a company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent and approachable. They seem to embrace communication by addressing any and all concerns publicly during our weekly townhalls. They also have the best interest of the company which includes the employees as stakeholders.
