Innovation with customer always in mind. Food culture at least when we were travelling. Good attention to employee wellbeing. Intelligent helpful personable people.

Transparency. Accessibility. Customer first focus (at the exec level, but sometimes at departmental level this doesn't translate down, I see some short term blinkers which might show good results now but our behavior might bite us in future).

My team is incredibly supportive, we're always there to help each other despite, or perhaps because of, the demandingness of our role. We get on with one another, we are friends. Our hiring for cultural fit really does lead to a better workplace.

Leadership right from the top continually emphasize that our priority is to do the right thing and deliver value to our customers. That's refreshing. It feels like we are on a mission to really improve the lives of clinicians and IT staff working in healthcare.
