This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They care, they listen, they help, and they are completely onboard with a work/life balance. I look forward to working everyday. I've not ever worked for a company that treats people this well. Here, I am a person, not just an employee!

The guidance you receive along with the empowerment you receive when working on projects.

Health insurance is phenomenal and the PTO is one of the best I've ever seen in my entire career.

The balance between work and life. I will say you can get stressed out at times, but the work life balance this company provides will remove that stress quickly and efficiently.

Being able to build out the programs and having the creative freedom to do so. Team members guide you along until you get in full swing and Management is always there to support you.

We constantly communicate on tasks and issues that may arise in the tasks for the projects. Always get support in or out of the specific team you are in. The level of help you get when you are stuck is outstanding.

The differences between projects and being able to have to think about how to do specific things. Learning different program languages as well. Nothing is the same day after day. All projects you work on are unique and special to the client.

Unlimited PTO and the Health Benefits are great. Mental health days are a good surprise. Mix all this with a fantastic company who cares about it's employees and thrives on understanding what we do and do not like is nothing short of amazing.

They care about the employees. Their behavior is that if the worker (employee) is happy and energized, the production and quality of goods is top notch. They understand that we are more productive when we are thought about when it comes to the work / life balance.

We are a team. We help each other perform and share the knowledge we have with others so they can grow and become better. We are in constant communication with one another and the Team Manager is always wanting to help solve any roadblocks that get in our way.

Again, it's about how this company cares about the employees. Cannot get over that fact. I see it day in and day out in how they respond to everyone and how they do everything they can to help solve issues that may be in the way of being fantastic

PTO! It's insane as it is unlimited. If you need off, let your manager know and log it. Nothing is better than the freedom you have to take care of needs or enjoy some time off without worry of planning it all out beforehand to ensure you cover life's issues and plans.

Learning and researching new ways of building projects out and making the clients be in awe about what has been built out for them. Knowing that there is nothing that can't be done with a little knowledge and research. If you don't know, someone here does, and are typically willing to help.

Always helpful. They will answer any question you may have about any aspect of the company. This goes all the way up through the directors and the people managers. If they don't know the answer, they can and will typically direct you towards it. You can't be lost in how to do something.

They care about their employees. And I mean they really care. The benefits are amazing here and I've not seen anything like it since the early 2000's. I am definitely pleased at how they react to the situations of our work environment and do everything they can to make sure we enjoy what we do.

Hard to answer. There are a lot of things I really appreciate about the leadership team. I would have to say that the best is that they care about the employees and definitely care about the well being of the employee. Stress is low, they listen and act on issues. Everyone here is great to work with
