There are not a lot of things as I feel sometimes over burdened by even their portion of work and contribution. While not really seeing them around there when I need their assistance.

Liberty to manage the things the way I want to. Motivational environment and interactive meeting sessions. Target orientated with no fixed pattern or strict policies on how you are suppose to achieve that. The understanding that everyone has their unique way of working.

The amount of effort that each employee is putting in to his work however in return the way the commission percentage going down while target increasing feels unjust. Increase in the target is still understandable but the the complan should also be improved as it is the main source of motivation.
