my experience has been mostly positive. there is a hustle hard and play hard mentality that works b/c we want to deliver results. this pace works for me.

the experience at work is rewarding. I wish senior management understood how tough our jobs are instead of thinking that we don't work as hard on renewals as we do new business. equally tough and challenging to retain customers.

Top heavy company that micromanages. The leaders/managers seem to all be doing the "same" job with no diversity in their roles. We need more leaders that open doors for sales team instead of implementing more tools that monitor us and create lack of trust. Very few incentives for sales team.

i like closing sales and being in the tradeshow industry. there's a lot of fun in face-to-face business

it's decent. however, sales team don't receive goals til mid-cycle and are not incentivized to reach goal or beyond.

I negotiated a decent base salary, but aware that some of my colleagues, did not. I would like to understand the commission structure better.

laid back even though we are working hard. you feel the pressure to perform, but plenty of opps to take a break. we don't look down on our colleagues for taking time off.
