Great place to get started in events. Supportive team and diverse experiences.
I've had a good experience at RX. The culture is healthy, the work is interesting, and the team is cohesive and invested in success.
Accessible and personal. Invested in individual growth.
Friendly, helpful, hard working, open to learning.
Invested in the work, friendly, team focused.
Leadership is visible and accessible.
Team is friendly and helpful, driven towards team success.
I like the people, the culture, and the industry.
Balance of work/personal life and respecting that difference. People who care.
Helping a client solve a problem or making their experience easier/better.
Completion of a show. Seeing what we were able to create/accomplish.
The pay rate is low compared to other positions in similar companies.
Interested and invested in the people on their teams on a human level.
Good teamwork, understanding of each other's skills, humor, focus on the same goals.
People are valued for their individual contributions and their "outside" life is respected.
Hearing from customers that I helped them feel confident and ready for the show.
The culture is person-first in how it responds to employees and takes care of their staff.
Approachable, invested, aware of what's going on with the company on a day to day/show to show basis.
People first. There is always an acknowledgement that you have a life outside of work and that is respected by management.
Pay is lower than comparable companies, but other parts of the company help to make up for it, such as work from home, vacation, travel to shows, etc.
I feel like across the board, for the amount of work and time committed, and the quality of work produced by a relatively small team, the pay is on the low end and promotions are on the low end.
Company wide, I think pay is low. When I applied for a job in January 2020, the pay for the position was $45k. When I applied again over two years later, the pay was the same, no adjustment for inflation. Annual raises are not equal to inflation on a yearly basis, and merit raises aren't much better
