I enjoyed how they have reformatted the process. It seems more clear, concise, and effective.

I am most happy at work, when I feel that I've made positive and honest connections with both my fellow employees and customers/guests.

The package, in its totality is excellent! My favorite part, is the weekly markout & food markout/shift. This has helped in so many ways- grocery saving, coffee as gifts, and I don't have to worry about eating while @ work!

I feel like we have a diverse group of people, who honestly try to get along and work hard! We take pride in our store, focus on our customers, and strive for excellence in our stores' involvement in the community.

Our manager is the best manager I've had, and I've worked with the company off and on for 10 years. Our current leadership team is also excellent. Case in point: both our District and Regional Managers came to a coffee seminar I was leading and were friendly, engaged, and kind.

I feel like the most positive thing about our company, currently, is the renewed focus on the partner. Between the weekly emails asking about the shift, and the new apps, I feel as if they shoring up what was once one of the weakest links in our rapidly expanding company.
