
I would either say leadership or the leaders itself. But can that really make a difference or is there an underlying issue no one can see yet
It just seems that no one is on the same page and everybody wants something different. Mainly because everyone wants to be on the top instead of be where they're already at and Excel in that position
When your employees are being paid under $13 an hour and have no employee benefit packages, then never expect them to do the job of someone who's being paid $20 an hour and have full employee benefit packages
