What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I've work at Subway for 5 months and I was a good worker. I missed one day of work because I misread my schedule. I got let go a week afterwards. Not telling me until the next schedule was released. I've never been written up before. I was never given a warning.

If i worked for a store with a maneger that doesnt feel like they can talk to me anyway or treat me anyway
