Communication and understanding employees and how to use their best assets in the company. Not to assume everyone is alike and can operate in the same manner.

My manager gave no training at all, She created a hostile work environment, including bullying the teenagers that work there. She talked about her personal sex life to all employees. The teenagers said that it was "gross" because she is older than their Mothers. She had over 60 employees in 1 year.
