I liked working at Subway, for the first 2 weeks, then the manager made it very uncomfortable and tried to bully me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Earning money and interacting with the customers.

The customers were very interesting.

I quit because of the manager making it a hostile work place.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The manager simply asked if I had a problem bossing around teenagers. Then gave me a 2x large t-shirt when I needed a small. She then told me to report to work the next morning.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager gave no training at all, She created a hostile work environment, including bullying the teenagers that work there. She talked about her personal sex life to all employees. The teenagers said that it was "gross" because she is older than their Mothers. She had over 60 employees in 1 year.
