What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is always checking in to see how life is going outside of Subway. She works around peoples lives to make a schedule that suits everyone needs. Most importantly it really feels like a second family which helps us work as a team. We have fun while working!

I get paid time off.

I work entirely by myself many nights and get no appreciation whatsoever for closing the store completely alone

What makes you most happy at work?
Bragging to each other in front of customers how amazing the sandwich looks that we just created. We love it, and the customers love it!
