Getting along, doing their work, and focus on their job, team members need to stop doing drugs in the bathroom, and manager needs to step up and do her job correctly

They need to improve in their attitude, motivation, coming in on time ready to work, coming in sober, and coming in on their scheduled day. We can fix this w a meeting with all employees, Manager, district manager, and CEO

Be professional and have the boss not the manger do it and actually ask questions and not just tell the interviewie that they don’t know what they are

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone their either comes in high and on substance, and manager notices and doesn’t do anything about it, or no one cleans the store, or either one person cleans while the other sits in the back
