Get a good manger,be srtic about the rules,put manger all the time,if worker are not doing what they supposed to do they should be in a talk witht the good manger.

Each person do their work and not act like they are working,and make the work enivornment good not bad,and doesnt mean if someone is freind with the manger they dont have to do their work.

EASY QUESTION FOR EXAMPLE A WORKER WILL HAVE TO TAKE OUT THE TRASH THEY WILL SAY NO JUST BECASUE THEY ARE GIR,older, or whatever reason,and most of the worker are putting their work on other worker becasue they are lazy.
