Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I am well positioned at the company and comfortable where I am. I do worry about the success of the company as I see other vital departments struggle to keep headcount and adapt to changes. I feel IT is poorly managed and I feel bad for the staff.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I like Anritsu, I think there is a lot of potential at this company if only it can unstick itself from "we've always done it this way." I think people don't feel motivated and are often told to "stay in your area" which can be discouraging. We need everyone working together towards the same goals.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They know the test and measurement industry.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I like the opportunities for bonuses and AUSIP.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

salary and profit sharing opportunities

What makes you most happy at work?

I like adding value and helping other departments achieve their targets.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Free tea and coffee stations, on campus gym facility, After work gatherings.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like Pete's willingness to change and get involved in the operational detail.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team has a great dynamic. They're very supportive and helpful to each other.

What are some of the best things about your team?

my immediate coworkers are fantastic but there is often friction and resistance in other departments, like we're not all part of the same team

What are some of the best things about your team?

My immediate team is the best, but there are a few teams and individuals in key places that are difficult, not open to change, and argumentative at best.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better collaboration across functions, more willingness to change processes, better communication from leadership, more interest from leaders in what's happening operationally. No one seems to care about what I do

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

If associates have suggestions on process changes it needs to be heard and reasonably considered. Everyone should be trained and empowered to make minor decisions in their area, too much is escalated needlessly because people lack minor authority.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I don't think it's positive, I think the company attitude needs to change. The organization needs to be more open to change and empowering associates at lower levels to have confidence in making minor decision to move the business forward.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Cross departmental support is practically nonexistent, other departments only help you if they absolutely have to and most of the time refuse to do anything that might increase their workload even fractionally. Leadership does not push for change. No new ideas.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They don't seem to care about progress, they don't fight for change, they take too long to make important decisions which holds up action and progress operationally. They communicate financial progress but little else. They seem hesitant to support their associates and quick to throw blame.
