Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, proactive communications about Covid, messaging about work-life balance are examples of ways they show their investment in us as resources and as people.

We are a very diverse organization. Management listens to the rank and file and good ideas are promoted, regardless of where they come from. I know several of our executives personally after working closely with them. They really are amazing people and their values influence company culture.
