I've really enjoyed working here. So much so that I helped my wife get hired on at the company. I want to make a career out of this place, which in this day and era is unheard of.

The team is very aware that we win or lose as a team. So they are happy to help one another, and open about how they are progressing on their smaller goals that feed into the overall team goals.

I really like how many people care about me as a person. I have had people ask about my personal interests, health, family, etc. The company acknowledges that a worker can be distracted by life, and soemtimes the company can help with that or co workers can, etc.
