Working for Asurion based on the story that they share and sell is amazing. Getting to see it broken down and not followed through can be challenging. Meeting in the middle would make this the best place on earth to work!

Inclusivity - less "boys" club, less favorites and more inclusivity & engagement equally across the board. Understanding difference in cultures and ethnicities - what is "cool" for one group may not be for another.
