
We for the most part run well together and get the goal accomplished and help one another carry the load for each other to make things easier

That they understand how busy we are and can understand why some of the smaller duties cannot be done to the level they could if we weren't working so hard. They at least take into account we are overloaded.

Stop putting the cart before the horse on nearly everything...we get an idea and are rolling it out a lot of times before anyone has a good understanding of the material. management changes decisions a lot and it feels like whiplash every day..some things take forever to happen; other times rushed

I feel there is little organization and once the initial idea is set up there's no follow through on successfulness. Communication has lessened over time and it feels like everyday is a new day and a new goal or it's changed. I feel we work more than necessary due to lack of planning & organization.
