Don't thin there is enough space. The employee morale is low. If something is broken, its hardly ever fixed or address in a timely manner. The continuously roll out new things without first fixing the issues with current systems or programs. The find unrealistic resolution to issues within company.

Employee appreciation. They rave about how much they value us as employees but nothing is done to show it. They set unrealistic expectation, they value the sale by pushing sales initiates or sales goals and yet other metrics are affected as a result of the lie people tell to reach said goals.

They seem to only care about self. They increased the minimum pay for set roles but those who already made that pay or higher were not boosted so their earned increases were made. Pay your employees, Value employees equally if not more than customer, and do thing to show them they are appreciated.
