Its just a job. I would feel more positive about it if I feel like just a number and appreciated more. No incentive to care or work harder when you don't feel valued. Work is very repetitive and boring.

Improve the pay for hired on employees so they can afford live better with this cost of living going up at near 6%. Years of service should mean some something.

Not sure who this question is referring to. Supervisor or leads or Manager? they all need improvement except for maybe one lead who does a good job and seems to care. The rest are lazy and don't care or are incompetent or both.

Because the new hires/temps have gotten two great pay increases. One recently and also good bonuses but the people who have been here for years don't get any substantial pay increases and smaller bonuses. Loyal years of service means nothing and its very bad to see the pay gap between the two shrink
