Over all this company patterns itself after other companies to act more competitive. However, those other companies are not doing well and I am afraid that if they keep copying the standards of other companies they will end with the same result. Loss of customers and good employees.

Assisting Techs to actually repair the appliances instead of trying to fit the matrix indicator goals. I found that you have to spend the time to get it done. If you short the time the unit is more likely not going to get repaired right.
