Meeting my team on a daily basis. Ops peeps that I get to interact on a daily basis and the TA team who we collaborate on a daily basis. The idea of bringing a site into full operation brings me so much joy and anticipation. It's like full-blown project but bigger in its impact.

Leaders are truly supportive. This is not just lip service. They also hold you accountable, but they do it in a way that makes you want to recover and bounce back. Not just wallow in the feedback... My immediate manager is chill but firm... It really has a positive impact on me and how I manage.
