Revisión
Mentoring my former direct reports.
Revisión
Stock options for a high-performance company and nearly guaranteed annual bonus.
Revisión
Time with people who report to me, or informally coaching those who don't.
Revisión
The focus on true diversity of thought. We live it, we don't just say it.
Revisión
We are a high performing organization, so getting stock options and annual bonuses are nearly guaranteed.

Revisión
The inclusivity and openness of our leadership team. We truly are a place where you can bring your authentic self to work.
Revisión

Revisión
There is too much arrogance and power-grabbing for effective collaboration. There is a wide disparity of power between certain organizations, and that pits teams against each other in a way that didn't happen here five years ago.
Revisión
For my function specificially, it would be helpful if we were led by someone with a background in the function. You shouldn't be able to be a C-level executive without any past experience in that area. They should also understand the reality of how people work in our area.
