Beginning employees make 1 dollar or less than employees with 10 years of time with the company and pay caps didnt increase most seasoned employees got nothing when the minimum wage increase happened but the corporate team all got bonuses and pay increases

They talk down to us and treat us all like children they clearly all read from teleprompters and never give any genuine emotion or context for anything they say its always vague and nondescript i.e we may do this thing possibly if it come around

Standard operating procedures do not exist it is instead openly refered to with stores as recommended operating procedure it is often ignored by management and changed to suit whatever they feel like in the moment actually following guidelines and updating then would help stabilize all stores

The executive team literally told the entire company the fire employees because sales dropped when the stores where closed inside do to covid assuming online sales where always going to stay high after the stores reopened after covid.in short customers in person dont mater as much their bonus does
