Everyone was and is miserable a spoke daily about their "next job". The best part is that we are family. The worste part is that family doesn't always get along.

Based on expericence level and productivity rather than who, knows who's parents. There is favoritism and and unfair treatment to those that do everything and have the "nerve" to blow the whistle on the fact that only a select few bare the weight and responsibility so the rest can slack off.

They bring people in at the minimum regardless of experience, give their friends the management positions that don't do anything so they don't have to anymore. On top of the fact they would rather cover a store with 15 part time employees than 7 good fulltime employees thus explaining the turn over.

The bonuses should be offered to the employees rather than the manager that suppresses pay in order to boost theirs. I believe the bonus system is the motive behind all of the miss treatment. They get paid more if we get paid less, if we can't make it they thrive. That's really low. And we feel it.

I believe the bonus system is a thing of the past, if you want to motivate all members of the team reward all members for all of their hard work Not one individual. Its corperate greed that makes them do what they say. Theirs too much involved for it to be fixed, after my experience I went electric.
