Employees' work/life balance and concentrating on more than just Circle K bottom line profit at the cost of employees. And finding ways to retain employees, instead of a revolving door of new hires. Expecting loyal employees to cover shifts of no show coworkers, yet not allowed to get OT.

The few that actually stay and are loyal to Circle K love our customers and care about the store. But, with the low pay and a lot of responsibilities, it's a revolving door of new hires that don't stay long, and that makes it even more stressful on the few that actually stay.

My manager and I love our customers and our customers love coming in to us. We have had many comments about how nice it is to come in to our store to smiling and nice employees. It's a good feeling and makes me want to stay, even with low pay and bad benefits. But, good feelings don't pay bills
