I love the people I work with, I also really enjoy working customer service. It's unfair how hard I see so many dollar general employees work every single day at many different stores for bottom dollar salary, expected to do the job of 5 all day. The customers pity us. Equal pay needs to be reviewed

I thought it was straight to the point. Not confusing and respectful to each person and who they are as individuals and not expected to be exactly the same as everyone else.
