Even though we are only 5 in the Manila Team in the CS dept and don't have a team lead. We are trying our best to do the tasks given and we don't fail to support and help each other everyday.

They have been great to me. It's just this past few days from 10/25/21 up until today. We don't have any supervisor who gives us update and edits our attendance in sprout. Other than that, they have been caring , supportive and shaping us up to be a better customer service rep.

Initially I was hired as a chat support rep for the Repairsmith account. We were given a lot of task. Chatting with 3-4 customers is already hard enough and we still have a lot of admin works to do. i am now taking in calls for the client without any proper training and increase in my salary.
