Overall, I am satisfied with the company since I started working here almost 2mos back. It is really the wellness,work life balance,work load, and how the company value their people that will make me stay here and strive to do the best I can be.

With my cluster, they are accommodating and very helpful. I thought I would feel out of place since I was hired externally as a support. I never encountered an egocentric leader within my cluster. You would feel they value you as a part of the team.

The basic compensation where the company value their people on being paid based on their level of responsibility and job description which I never had experience with my previous employer. Where I was getting paid similarly with Level 1 even though been with support group for 4yrs.
