Leadership is abysmal. Family Dollar does not have a dedicated position for stocking so anyone who moves a lot of freight is given a management title in order to fairly pay them but none of them are management material meaning everyone else suffers from the cashiers to the customers. Pathetic.

Family Dollar expects you to do the work of 3 people and then has the nerve to not even pay a livable wage. They need to add an additional employee to every single shift AND increase the pay rates across the board. Even then it wouldn't be enough but it would at least be a start.
