Overall experience with Fadv has been great, however, not every department and their managers operate on the same policy. Things change from one department to another. rules are written as and when the management pleases it to benefit them.

After spending so many years with the organization my package has increased based on my performance. As a parting employee I feel if the compensation were to be better in terms of percentage it would have been a great advantage.
