The Corporate Screening culture in general. A good core of the people were recommendations within current employees who seem to strive to reach out and help others and offer advice.

At Corporate Screening specifically we have managed to cultivate an excellent team. Many of us are barely scraping by but there is an understanding and empathy that we all share at the end of the day. We are all human with faults, weaknesses and our own struggles and we understand that.

Higher pay. One would think with the amount of PPI information we deal with on a daily basis, the overall need for companies to provide background check services and the simple fact that people's lives are literally on the line that one would expect better pay than the average front desk secretary.

It's a necessary job as background checks are not handled on any sort of federally regulated system and database so it's up to privatized companies to provide. It's eye opening to realize that a single person's background check can be make or break depending on the individual who happens to touch it
