Great experience with my team so far. However, since the company has grown so quickly in such a short period of time, there are quite a lot of growing pains. There are gaps in standardized processes across lines of business. There needs to be published SOPs or workflows on the SharePoint.

Interdepartmental cooperation needs improvement. Process and policy changes should be communicated across lines of business, changes which affect multiple departments are not effectively communicated beforehand. SOPs should be readily available for outside groups to review on the GoodLeap share site

Remove the WFH restrictions. Employees should be able to come into the office 1-2 days, as needed. Most feel they perform better working from home and achieve more. In-office team meetings are important for building relationships but is not necessary 3+ days a week.
