it was a good intro to mortgage & to learn how high the expectations are. overall, it has made me really question what i want out of a job or career. i have learned to look out for myself and take initiative but would not really recommend this job or company to any close friends

our job can be very stressful and its nice to have people who can be in the trenches with us. its interesting to see their growth over time and watch them get better.

LOSD department - employees need to feel empowered & not micromanaged, it feels like mgmt treats us like children instead of adults but doesnt give most people opportunities to grow when theyre ready. mgmt is really pushy & doesnt really appreciate work life balance.

transparency, structure and stability. the new processing executives seem to be taking steps towards this but immediate management in my LOSD department is not so transparent and neither is the existing group of executives. management is fear based & constantly just pushing employees until burn out

outside perspective: wow this company is changing the world. internally: i feel like there is a facade - there is a disconnect between the public perception of my job and what it actually is day to day. currently everything is high pressure and very micromanaged. i dont approve of management style.

we process the same files that senior processing would however we are paid a FRACTION of their income for doing the same job and as i understand, we will never be able to promote to their department. additionally, we are not paid out our overtime and the overtime is actually backed out of our bonus
