Other hospital systems have done EVERYTHING to keep employees, bonuses, increased pay, etc. None have happened here. They would rather bring on agency at 3x rate of normal employee and pay them than retain current staff. During COVID, all other hospital systems posted stats to public EXCEPT ours.
