I love the people I work with on my teams. Executive leadership dictates a lot of what we do instead of letting the people that see the data and talk to customers actually make productive decisions. Allow our talented folks to make decisions. Don't force people to come back to the office. It KILLS productivity. Especially in an open office layout. The teams that talk to customers and study that data aren't given the chance to recommend building the right thing. It's all top down.

Utah companies always pay low. My job on LinkedIn and Glass door pays at least 30k more than I make now. Now that we are being asked to drive back to the office, there's gas and inflation prices. Also, you hire smart people to let them tell you how to do things rather than telling them what to do.
