There is only a minimum home office allowance after the probation period and a bonus scheme, which you can't really count on. There are no other extra benefits outside the salary which would be appreciated.

The HO option means there is relatively little human interaction in this workplace, because people seem to be mostly happy with that and prefer to work from home, so going in is not so motivating because there are so few people in. However, online communication goes smoothly with all colleagues.
