Spend 45 minutes on the phone to talk to someone in a foreign call center to get a repair person out. They do something and it works for a few weeks then breaks again. Wash, rinse, repeat. On

Target: They need to actually do their job and stop slacking. Listen to concerns and do better. They always flaunt around that we are replaceable and never listen to what we have to say. Target is a toxic workplace who cares about the numbers.

Sunrun: When the company came under the umbrella of Sunrun, the dynamics change. It feels more about the bottom line. They gave us a raise and took it away. Several times they talked about doing things that would help leads and reps, but there's been no follow through.
LG Electronics North America: I feel that since the teams I have been a part of so far are not operations teams, but rather support teams doing IT functions outside of the CNS sister company reach, it is frustrating and no task can be completed fully without the sister company assistance. Kroger: As an overnight stocker, I'm at the front line of making sure the store has product on the shelves. You can't even claim that if we didn't do our job's, someone else could, since the trucks come at night when no one else is here. If we dont unload it, ya'll won't have it. No one sees how much we do.

Sunrun: My overall experience with this company has been great i feel like everything was done correctly in training and my managers are awesome but the team im on i feel like is not the best the other dispatcher is no communicative or willing to show me how to do certain things
Wegmans: For the most part everyone works hard (full-time)
Dollar Tree: Keeping items on the shelf. Empty shelves everywhere. When asking an employee where an item is they just reply they don't have time to work the freight to the floor. I would buy online but the quantities are too great. Very poor business model

7-Eleven: Places a joke one employee for a whole shift to run a whole restaurant by themselves store manager general manager nobody cares nobody helps understand because store manager runs people away went through 30 employees plus four managers in a year all because of the store manager
Trader Joe's: They are fun but they also have a disconnect and are kind of untrustworthy
Family Dollar Stores: Team work able to do job on own also
T-Mobile: I have been a T-mobile cutomer for over 25 years when it was Voicestream, lol!! It has been a love/hate relationship through the years. Lately, it's been great! My cell service is super relialble with very few dropped calls. Just switched to their internet plus YouTube TV and it's been excellent!!

Sunrun: Overall it is positive, I work with so many great people

Sunrun: When I started I was very happy! It was fun with great gifts, pay, and adventures. I felt appreciated! Right now I feel the company made changes where I am not sure if I will have a job when I wake up. They changed things that discourage me from working. They make it hard to have family and work.
