I desire my executive leadership to be present in national calls on a quarterly basis. Two days for sick leave & 2 days for mental health should be given on a yearly basis in our PTO bank.

They need more nurturing of employees willing to advance without fear of losing their job. Middle management is let go too often leaving people scared to advance for fear of losing his/her job.

Can't figure out how to address the things that destroy our credibility with our customers. We lack the aggressiveness to go win the business..

Sunrun: Sunrun was great but it has since turned in a new direction that is less valuable as a sales person. Low quality leads with very minimal backend support to get jobs to installation and to get paid.

Also, the tuition reimbursement program could use an overhaul, it's disappointing that I can't use it at the school of my choice

Sunrun: While I love the work, my team members and Sunrun. I have been dismayed at just how political solar has become. My biggest challenge is dealing with all the misinformation. Also, I was supposed to receive a raise in January which has never come through, which is frustrating.

Sunrun: Sunrun was great however the acquision of Vivint and having their executives run Sunrun loses all my faith in the company. Vivint values entail profits and cash flow than customer satisfaction. The new Sunrun doesn't care about homeowners and employee satisfaction, only if they receive profits.
Sunrun: I love Sunrun but with so much constant change it's difficult to keep up. We can sometimes be too focused on immediate results instead of working towards a long term solution.

Now I wonder if I made a mistake of staying as long as I have. everytime a change is rolled out I try to keep a positive attitude. but it just seems like people are making changes to justify their job title.

Ive never worked for company so unwilling to look at their issues and problems and put them constantly back on me

Sunrun: I have enjoyed coming into this company 2 yrs ago and working my way through the campaigns and departments. Where I am at now is where I feel I have thrived the most. I dont make as much money here as I have in other positions, But I am more happy here!

Sunrun: Rewarding and challenging at times. However with the solar market always changing it can be difficult at times knowing how the future will pan out. I'm mostly optimistic as long as I work hard but there are times when you know know if the market will affect my position.
Sunrun: There are no opportunities for advancement in my department, so I have to either look at another department or another company if I want to grow.

Sunrun: this was a great place, but something happened/changed. it is no longer friendly, customer care/service seems to be a secondary thought. Employee thoughts/feedback seem to be minimized, we are just machines ...
Sunrun: Very poor starting training. Training on the go. Too much wasted time and energy driving to bad to real bad appointments.
Sunrun: Working at Sunrun has been a journey through change. Leadership, products, processes, technology are constantly changing. This is both exciting and taxing at the same time.
Sunrun: First year and a half was great, super positive and amazing Team culture and unified approach in decision making. Last year and a half has been the opposite. Team culture has been lost and constantly left in the dark of any impactful decisions
Sunrun: Assisting Sales Leadership, Tracking Expense Data and key metrics that allow best decisions for partnership. Also sales support to make sure accounts are lined up and Reps are getting paid. Prevent issues from escalating to leaders by solving them on a daily basis
Sunrun: If Sunrun would do the following I would absolutely love working here. More pay per project More paid vacation More built projects and less DQ/SOW More help delivering positive customer experience More incentive to customers to give referrals

Sunrun: The amount of work that is being done and not being paid well for it. Focus again is on sales not on back end operations
Sunrun: Throughout my almost two years here I have decided that Sunrun is where I want my career. I have now referred jobs here to a few of my closest friends as I believe this is the place to be if you want to work with a community who respects you and cares about each person as a human being!

Sunrun: It was great before the Vivint buyout. Then the company started going downhill after that. Just look at the stock price 3 years ago it was trading at $90 a share now its at $13

Sunrun: The company is extremley fantastic. Im always here to help out the company in anything. Im a roofer but always willing to help the solar crews if they need help . Willing to learn new things
Sunrun: I got to learn a lot about solar systems. I got to learn a lot about working with people and I got to learning a lot about responsibility from the company.
Sunrun: Im very happy and i would like to be more trained on what to expect after customer installations like whats next after they turn on the solar
Sunrun: Can't in 300 letters. Way too much to say. Needs improvement, feels like we are taking steps backwards not forwards. Don't get me wrong, I love this company, I love our leaders, I love our product, I love our customers - but as a veteran of our company, I'm becoming less happy and more concerned.
Sunrun: I am shocked with how well they treat you and make you feel like they actually care about you. They try to help you succeed. Are there are a lot of avenues for help?
Sunrun: It is what you make of it.
Sunrun: Good benefits. fair pay. Constant turnover of employees, coworkers, mgmt, FSC, seem to be a transient job. Always trying to reinvent the wheel
Sunrun: Since I have started 4 months ago, I have not stopped. I love the vibe, the energy, the culture SunRun has been and continue to be consistently day in and day out. From Day one I have had the best mentors, supporters and friendship that I couldn't compare to anywhere I have worked before.
