The company has gone from a construction lead company to a sales lead company. It is mostly interested in just installing than whether we are installing when we should and is now avoiding any pre-installation work if needed, such as roof work in favor of installing now and fixing later.

Needs to go back to a construction company vs a sales company, Installing on a roof that only has a year of life left to hit kW goals is ridiculous as a company as you'll end up fixing the entire roof later on and is not "customer centric" in the least.
