
Employee to employee interaction and support, but that's not coming from leadership. Leadership is destroying a great team since April/May 2023.

It's been improved since April 2023, whereas the previous compensation plan is a big reason why we lost some very good employees. Now we're losing people because we not only don't feel appreciated, but we're made to feel inadequate, untrustworthy and empty.

Most members of the team appreciate each other immensely because we've been through a lot together and know that each other is working very hard each day carrying more responsibility that most could handle. But that person to person support is not enough anymore to keep people or motivate them.

The leadership team needs to...be better and helping employees be the best version of themselves, instead of being more like the leadership team. They need to be better at understanding how we got here instead of running off the most effective employees at AEE. Too much more to list.

I don't believe my thoughts will make a difference. The end of our employment at AEE is inevitable, either by the hand of leadership or by the hand of the employee. Sunrun leadership put an entirely unqualified, negative influence, demotivating leader to head AEE this year. We don't know why.
