It was fun although my general manager would be racially demeaning towards me on a daily basis, he would tell me " go back to china" or call me " little asian boy" he was very unprofessional.

This is the opportunity that I see people will look at in another 5 years and say, "I should have got in on that."

Sunrun: Decent benefits - bonuses are hard won and can't be controlled, but salaried workers get unlimited PTO. Hourly is consistent. Sales have the toughest time.

One night, my section was split in half and given to a server with who only has a day off training and videos.

Sunrun: Overall it has been positive. I think training needs to be adjusted just a bit to account for outside hires, and especially ensuring veteran employees maintain a positive tone and attitude when coaching. Other than that I've been content with my experience thus far.

Plenty of chances to set yourself apart and grow, but once in leadership there is so much bureaucratic red tape that it creates incessant bottlenecks. Despite that Sunrun does a great job of providing merit based advancements and pay structures.
Sunrun: I love working both for Sunrun and at SnapNrack. I have an excellent team that pushes me to be better and lets me grow at my own pace which is something I have not had at any other job I have ever worked at.
Sunrun: There is lots of potential to take full advantage of what Subnrun has to offer, if you've got the energy, motivation and drive . I have been able to try several diffirent roles out as well. First working in Retail partner stores, and now In inside sales...my experience here has been great!

Sunrun: It was great before the org change of early 2022. Now work life is hostile. I haven't had a good day in months. No one is held accountable for anything and now everything is imbalanced. I have no reason to work as hard as I do for this company, we get treated awfully by management/directors.

Sunrun: It has been a debacle from the moment I walked in on my first day. It has gotten better, but the constant changes can be very confusing. What am I supposed to be doing as opposed to what I have done? It is annoying that management has not figured out the best practices and job duties.
Sunrun: They continue trying to improve but consistently miss the mark. Sunrun always puts a band-aid on wide spread issues without ever fixing the heart of the problem. Create regionally based pay plans, don't limit my advancement based on numbers i cannot achieve. Train or replace non-performers.
