It was great a few years ago, we had a major shift in leadership and it has been going downhill since then. Challenging to get support and communication to be effective in my role. There is no promotion potential at my current position. Lack of accountability for any department.

Communication and decision making. There have been a lot of changes really fast and sometimes they are then reversed or paused. Get back to focus on the customer and the people interacting directly with the customer.

I feel that our division doesn't have anyone fighting for it at the executive level. There have been cuts for our salaries and bonuses, but we have taken on a much bigger role of project management vs 3 years ago.

It often feels that we are the fault point for any problem that comes up. There is a strong division between the sales team and the rest of the company. Our leadership does not value us and our knowledge and opinions. Every day is a witch hunt against us.

When the job goes right, everything is great and customers are happy. When there is one issue or problem with a job, it is extremely challenging to get assistance to rectify the situation. Customers are often left in the dark for days or weeks as I try to get a solution. Especially post install.
