ThyssenKrupp: I have worked here for almost 40 years. I feel like the company is doing a great job with encouraging and training new employees but it feels like employees have worked for Thyssen for a long time are overlooked.
Hilton: i worked at a Tru by Hilton and they were very unorganized and disrespectful to me as an employee. The general manager there not even my first day was talking about me to another manager amd not confronting me about it. Not only that scheduling is made where you dont know if you work the next day.
Waffle House: I would feel better if there was someone to speak to about payroll considering i still have yet to be paid.
Sam's Club: Management say one thing, they show favortism, and they break the rules but then want threaten assoicatees about losing their jobs or the smallest mistakes.

Working with such high quality employees can be motivating and challenging at the same time due to many wanting to lead at the same time. Also, If people stop growing in knowlege and skills, I find employees are displaced or severed from the company.
