The team we have makes me motivated to come to work. I also feel like we all have the same goal for the day which is getting everything done before we go home.

I feel like us at the warehouse do a lot of work and take care of everything and deserve to get paid more. Maybe getting a bonus would make us feel appreciated and keep us working harder.
