I have enjoyed coming into this company 2 yrs ago and working my way through the campaigns and departments. Where I am at now is where I feel I have thrived the most. I dont make as much money here as I have in other positions, But I am more happy here!

Everyone on the retention team is always willing to step up and help out or give advice or show you easier steps. Its amazing to see the support from each of of them when someone is in need.

I enjoy helping these customers with the struggles they have with the process of the project. sometimes there is not enough communication with them and that gets frustrating on their end. I enjoy being the one they can count on to lessen the frustration

The leadership is interested AND invested in not only hearing what your goals are, but trying to help you achieve them. Not every company out there does that! Most will hear what they are and leave it to you to accomplish or push you aside if they don't see the potential.
