Safeway – The pharmacy's telephone system at the Casa grande Arizona Safeway location Has been down over three months. The Safeway app for this location is not accurate. When trying to ascertain if a med has been filled the only way I can do it is to physically go to the pharmacy. It's a waste of gas & time.
